"We think you might be a robot" Error

I'm encountering an issue where my system is blocking access with the message:

We think you might be a robot We have a hunch that you might be a robot scanning this site for data. If you're a real, live sentient human being please contact the site administrator at info@put-your-domain-here.com to regain access.

What I've tried:

Clearing browser cache/cookies
Different browsers
Restarting the web server

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Shaker your IP has been banned for one reason or another.

You can run the caUtils command to clear-bans, or the ban will expire after some time. However, whatever caused the ban might just ban you again.

I have just today logged an issue with the ban hammer plugin that is blocking people simply because they have tried accessing the site on the same IP but different devices.

A couple options:

Disable the blocking in your themes ban_hammer.conf file.
Whitelist your IP.
