Bulk Download for specific media files

Hello,
Maybe someone can help me to figure out how I can download media files with a specific name.
I have almost 3k of objects, each object has several media representations included. I need to download files from all objects but only those that have specific filename. The Export tools allow bulk download according to file resolution, but not file name. Is there any possible solution? Thank you!

First you should perform an advanced search into object representations by filename and then do the media export.

Thanks! Somehow I cannot perform an advanced search into object representations - only into objects.
I am not sure how to configure an advanced search for object representations. I could find any manual on that.

Go to Manage > My search tools and then create the search form for object representations. Make sure you add at least the original filename bundle.

tnazaruk You will need to enable ca_object_representations in app.conf to have them show up in the Find and New menus. Most people don't want this, which is why it's disabled by default.

HOWEVER, you can seach for representations through objects, by entering the following into the basic search field
ca_object_representations.original_filename:the_filename_you_want

You can also add the filename accesspoint (assuming your system has this) into your object advanced search form.

alejoelconejo Thanks! Yes, I have created a search form in the first place. But I can't use it as Object representations didn't show up in the Find menu. I suppose Monica explained the reason below. Thanks!

monica Thank you, Monica! That explains a lot. I will ask colleagues to configure the app.conf accordingly. In the meantime, I tried the search operator you suggested. It works perfectly to return the representations according to a filename. But only those that are set as primary. In my case, almost all objects have several relevant object representations. Therefore, a search result with only primary representations is not sufficient. I wonder if this could be circumvented in a basic search. Thanks!
