Is Pawtucket2 default theme wrong?

I'n new to CA and have recently installed Providence and Pawtucket2.

I had expected that Pawtucket would come with a usable theme out of the box, but it looks very unfinished to me.

In most Pawtucket-powered websites, the /Browse/Objects page will show a grid of objects and a sidebar with several filters and sometimes complemented with a search tool:

https://collections.ajhs.com.au

All these pages look structurally similar, whcih make me think that benefit from a theme that has this structure in place. In comparison, the Browse/Objects page structure from the default theme seems incomplete.

Also, is there a glossary of database metadata names?

You should be creating your own custom theme. Info is here: https://pawtucket2.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pawtucket/themes/defining.html

In the custom theme there should be your own browse.conf with facets, etc. Info here:

You gave an example of the Kress theme. It is viewable in the repository so you can understand better
