Media corrupted in Pawtucket/Providence image viewer

Some images are corrupted when trying to see them in the viewer. Basically it is like it's splitted in 10 parts and each is rotated. Any idea why this could happen?

Konstantinos Hi @Konstantinos. Which browser are you seeing this behaviour in? Do the preview images show sideways too?

OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
Collective access : Version 1.8
Same problem occurs on many browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge were tested

Could it have to do with redis? Is it possible that redis had cached some corrupted images and even though after I deleted media folder and uploaded the correct ones, old ones are displayed? Although its unlikely that my old images were like this..
Also could it be a dependecy problem?

mbutel Some extra information like CA version you are using and browser/operating system you are viewing the images on, and maybe a link to an example, would be helpful.

It is most likely a bug in the version you are running. What library are you using to generate the derivatives? Gmagick, imagemagick etc? What does it say in your configuration check?

I'm not sure how I see the configuration check. I'm using php 7.4 and did the steps required for installation by following the collective access documentation.

Probably its libgraphicsmagick1-dev from this command? -->
apt install -y ghostscript libgraphicsmagick1-dev libpoppler-dev poppler-utils dcraw redis-server ffmpeg libimage-exiftool-perl libreoffice mediainfo

Probably it's a tilepic problem. I am using 'large' images in the viewers and works as expected.
