I've been using Collective Access 1.7.x successfully for several years and make use of a number of custom mapping files and importers that have always worked successfully. The Storage Location structure uses a hierarchy of up to four levels and when working properly I can progressively 'drop-down' to see the lower levels.

I've recently installed Providence 2.0.9 from scratch along with PHP 8.4 and am hitting an issue when trying to use my old mapping files and importers.

When I run the original storage location importer and associated mapping file, the individual storage locations are imported but the hierarchy between them is lost. At the same time all the storage locations are set to 'no public access' within Providence whereas the values in the importer spreadsheet sets them to 'public access'. It looks like some of the values are going into the wrong fields in the ca_storage_locations table in the database.

I'm guessing that the order or number of the fields may have changed or something about the hierarchy implementation has changed between 1.7.x and 2.0.9? I did notice that the storageLocationHierarchyBuilderRefinery.php in 2.0.9 has several new sections of code compared with that in 1.7.x.

When I was checking the config files I also noticed a line of code that used to be configured in app.conf, that doesn't seem to be present in 2.0.9. I'm not sure if this is relevant to the problem (I guess it could have been moved to another php file, or the tracking/movement methodology has changed). The 'missing' code is below:

object_storage_location_tracking_relationship_type = related
