peterjanssens I was revisiting some of our code to handle special quotes in languages like Chinese (「《 ..) and noticed that there is already (single) quote handling https://github.com/collectiveaccess/pawtucket2/blob/704455b6202fb0d12c643b7d2e911127ab640bc8/app/lib/Search/SearchEngine.php#L252 isn't this changing meaning to some cases though ? like "can't" becomes "cant"
