ideas for how/where to add contact sheets/slide sheets

Hello,
Grappling with how to share contact sheets/slide sheets in CA. Am I better to just add media to sub-collections or storage box contents? I don't think I should create an object record for each sheet since most of the information is/should be captured in collection/sub-collection relationships. Also haven't worked out how to add box contents listing. We are using custom VRA field set and not RAD.
Any ideas/thoughts are appreciated!

You can export any search result or set as a PDF of thumbnails, that approximate a contact sheet. It's also possible to modify the default thumbnail report if you need custom formatting.
