CKEditor fails to initialize

Hello,
git/dev2.0
I have noticed that sometime in the recent past that CKEditor has stopped working. It seems to fail to initialize throwing a javascript error: Error initializing CKEditor: TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'filter')

I believe the script is loaded in /app/lib/Attributes/Values/TextAttributeValue.php

Any thoughts?

Ah....my fault...again. I guess in an effort to suppress some of the php warnings (passing NULL to functions) I made a logical error in /app/lib/Configuration.php that caused the toolbar to always return as null. All better now.

Funny thing is that I spent days trying to track this down....and only found it right after giving up and posting for help.....go figure
