We have several ongoing issues since upgrading to latest c/a (no paw update yet) that is affecting existing media on both ends:
Representations appear to be missing on one end or the other (Prov or Paw). For example, a pdf in Prov might display correctly and be available but in Pawtucket the viewer just shows triangles with "!". The opposite is also true; there are items in Prov that will show nothing in the viewer when thumbnail is clicked but when viewed in Paw the item is there. A good example of this is a multipage pdf that seems not to exist in Prov but the full pdf is there in Paw. This is also happening with audio; the representation record will show data for media but if clicked on there is nothing. If I try to find the media file in the media folder, also nothing. These are items I can confirm were there and accessible before upgrades. How can I diagnose this issue to know how widespread it might be ?
Uploading media in object records via browser (except jpgs) 'hangs'; it shows its uploading or reaches 100% but the wheel keeps on spinning and nothing uploads (even for 1mb item). If I import media to the c/a import folder then I can access it through the Media on server.
