Running from git /dev/2.0
Everything on the surface appears to be running fine, but I have noticed that when I access index.php (or just the root of CA) - ca.pelhamhs.org, that the error logs show that the system has tried also to access index.XXX where XXX is every file extension, but has been denied (index.php serves just fine).

Where in the world is this happening? I am using a mostly stock .htaccess in my /ca directory.
Any ideas?
