I've been struggling to upgrade providence 1.6 to 2.0.9, I've tried many times in many different ways.
This time I followed the "rip the bandaid off" method of a clean install of 2.0.9, followed by connecting my 1.6 db and media directories and then running the support/bin/caUtils update-from-1-7and it worked!!!!
So now that I got providence to upgrade, (I am so thrilled!) I installed pawtucket 2.0.9 as well, and it is connecting to my data and my media, however when I try to view jpegs in the default theme I get "Could not find plug-in for mimetype image/jpeg" and it doesn't even display a broken image icon.
On PDF's, the preview gives me this error but if I click the error, it opens the PDF in the overlay viewer.
So it's only jpegs that it's not presenting. (The jpegs work fine in providence, just not pawtucket, so that leads me to think it's something I need to fix there.)
Can someone give me a push in the right direction?
Does my 1.6 media directory need to be regenerated? (I tried this in one step when I was trying to upgrade from 1.6 to 1.7 and then to 2.0 but it seemed to break all my PDFs.)
Am I missing something in my apache or PHP mods?
Is it something in pawtucket that it doesn't have permissions to or that needs to be installed or configured?
