monica No, not recently... I upgraded to dev/2.0 in September to get around a bug that was affecting imports (see https://support.collectiveaccess.org/d/302160-process-indexing-queue-failure/3) but have not upgraded CollectiveAccess since then. It's possible that there is a silent failure related to Gmagick or one of the other binary plugins that might have upgraded at the OS level.
This is what I see in the warning log when attempting to add an item to a set:
