Version 2.0 installer (XML) not fully loading

I'm having an issue with the version 2.0 installer not fully loading. Here's a screenshot of how far I'm getting. I've cleared the caches and tried different browsers.

Are all the files present in the directory? Have you modified the setup.php file with your settings?

Sorry about that. I'm feeling a bit foolish here. It turns out that the reason it was not loading was that the database credentials were incorrect. I had done a fresh install and recereated the database but had the wrong credentials for the database. I was able to complete the install and I can now move on to getting this setup. Thanks for your help.
