SETUP.PHP file generating a redirect

I am in the process of setting up Collective Access on my hosting provider. When I create the new setup.php file with the database credentials, I'm getting a redirect along with a CSFR error.

I am loading Providence into a subdomain.

Here is the redirect url: http://archive.vermontbridges.org/index.php/system/auth/login?redirect=http%3A%2F%2Farchive.vermontbridges.org%2Findex.php%2FDashboard%2FIndex

I'm sure that more details will be needed. Attached are a few screenshots.

spmiyamoto try clearing caches both server and browser.

spmiyamoto also, you need an SSL certificate to server it on https (not http)
