Customise system

Hi all, I would like to customise the way the collection is laid out

I would like to show

Objects
(Meta data will exist on each Object to do with the object)
Themes
Locations

Each object will have a theme, and a location attached to it.
Users will search by theme/location/object depending on their interest/search query
The collection is organised by theme

I can't find where to change the base elements, I won't need most of these:

However I am aware that there may be a better way to set this up within the system. Could someone advise/guide?

Realised I missed this - I can't see where to manage "place" or "storage location" it doesn't seem to show under the list & vocabularies tab. I also can't find where object lets, entities..etc (2nd screenshot) are managed.
