Providence 2.0.9, source_access enabled and configured to none, logged as Administrator.

Quick add collections, In the object form we have the field to relate it as part of a collection. When trying to quick add that collection the quick add windows comes empty.:
- Returns a empty window, If we change in app.conf this value
ca_collections_dont_do_source_access_control = 1
It works, which looks to me related with the permissions. We also verified that the correspondent UI have "can edit" enabled for Administrator role.
Quick add objects, in the parts form we have a field to fill the object this part belongs, when we try to add a ca_object we get the error:
Invalid parameter type 1 for source_id [value was dont_include_subtypes_in_type_restriction]
In the logs the only thing i see is
WARN --> Undefined array key "source_access_settings" [/var/www/html/ca/app/lib/BaseModelWithAttributes.php:1378
