How to successfully display a relationship type description?

I can display ^relationship_typename (maybe related but I can not modify it ie. %makeFirstUpper) but I can NOT get the description to display : ^ca_relationship_types.preferred_labels or ^ca_relationship_types.description.

Any thoughts?
