caUtils rebuild-search-index errors

When using caUtils to rebuild the search index after some changes in app.conf I get the following error.
Expected parameter 2 to be an array, string given in /home/u31667p26800/domains/radboudkunst.nl/public_html/app/lib/Plugins/SearchEngine/SqlSearch2.php on line 1122

Is this error related to using SqlSearch2 (an error in my search_indexing.conf).
Before the change I used SqlSearch instead of SqlSearch2.

If I change the search engine back to SqlSearch in app.conf the error dissapears.
What setting in search_indexing.conf could cause this error using SqlSearch2.

SqlSearch is long gone. You're using an old version?

We are using version 1.8 (system guid d671a0c6-c6c8-48e6-9cd4-d1758d9063b2)
I am testing version 2.0.3 but have not yet gotten to implementation on the live server.

In my search_indexing.conf I had some settings with: set_code = {DONT_TOKENIZE }.
After deleting DONT_TOKENIZE indexing ran without errors.
