Fields lost in object Editor "Media Screen" on upgrade from 1.7

After upgrading from Providence 1.7 to 2.0, I lost the dropdown box that allows the images to be seen in Pawtucket2.
I tried to re-add it using the user interfaces screen, but I can't seem to make that work. (I can add other fields to the screen)

Then I tried (oops) deleting the "object media representation" from the media screen, to see if re-adding it solve my problem. I am unable to figure out how to add "object media representation" back to the object editor.

Any help would be appreciated!

broswell The bundle to add is called 'Related Object Representations' The code is ca_object_representatins. It might also be caled 'Media Representations' in other parts of the system.
