Collective Access 2.0.3: Image upl;oad not working

Configuration:
System: Windows 11 Wamp Server 3.3.7 PHP 8.2.26 Collective access 2.0.3
I am testing 2.0.3 on my local system.
The first thing I noticed is that image upload (media representations --> add representation) does not seem to work.
I can use either of the two available methods (First upload the media to the import directory or select files from a folder) and select an image.
After saving ther is no new image added.
I have checked the table ca_object_representations.
There is no new record for the selected image.
Could this be caused by my local server settings?

A first reflex: look in /app/log to see if there is an ERROR message.

The log says:

Next step is to understand the error message.

Is your filename contains "special characters"? 🤔

No, no spaces, just letters and numbers.

Could it be related to a windows/WAMP setup?
I am trying to figure out the tips in the help files.
For previous installations I have not had these problems.

PCRE2 seems related to Perl Compatible Regular Expression library...
Alas, this is reaching my limits, I won't be able to help you any further...

It looks like it's failing because the PCRE library is choking on a pattern used for validating directory paths. I'll take a guess and say it's an issue with Windows file paths. We've not done any testing on Windows in a while. We'll try to resolve this one soon. Can you create a GitHub issue for this? Thanks.
