I’m facing an issue when trying to update the current location and the location history of an object through a data import in Providence. I’ve set up a mapping that includes the columns ca_objects.idno and ca_objects_x_storage_locations.location_id, and I’ve tested various configurations such as refineries (splitters) and different values for existingRecordPolicy. However, the changes do not reflect in either the current location or the history after completing the import.
I’ve confirmed that the locations exist in the ca_storage_locations table and that the object’s idno is valid.
Despite these efforts, the system does not register the changes, and I cannot find any clear errors in the logs to indicate the root cause of the issue.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or can point out what might be missing?
I would greatly appreciate any guidance.
