Change the parent of a collection?

Hello.
I'm wondering if it's possible to change the parent of a collection object. I've put a bit of effort into finding a way to do it but I can't seem to find a way to do that. My collections represent a hierarchy of groups of objects but sometimes that hierarchy changes - usually when a collection is added between the parent and the child.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

You need the ‘location in hierarchy’ bundle added to the UI and use this to move the child record to somewhere else in the hierarchy. However you can’t move it to another hierarchy, only within the one it was created.
