HI,
I'm trying to do an import through caUtils,
I get this error:

in my app.conf there is this line:
administrator_user_id = 1
on my server I am root and the owner of caUtils is apache
[root@dv-ap1-new-php8-cabe-cabe bin]# ls -lrta
total 24
-rwxrwxr-x 1 apache root 11515 Sep 20 09:26 caUtils
How can I perform import by "forcing" the administrator?
Is there something in app.conf that I forgot/did wrong?
