It's not during the Providence Installer setup, but rather at the point indicated by the error here!!!! label bellow, before accessing the Providence Installer (using http://<your server ip>/ca). The error I mentioned in the previous post occurred at that point. I found this error in the backend logs (as detailed in the previous post). Accessing http://<your server ip> itself is not a problem. Could someone please help with this? Thank you!
