Historicstuffs I am encountering two issues that are likely straightforward but are leaving me scratching my head. Custom metadata elements: what is the correct way to call for these? For example, let's say I use two custom elements: Element Code: series + Datatype: Collections, and Element Code: creator + Datatype: Entities ... how do I get series and creator to populate? After editing a theme file, how do I force Pawtucket to actually refresh a page that has been previously been viewed? If I edit a theme file, and I view a new object, it shows correctly - but no amount of hard refresh/cache clearing will change this - the old pages still call the old template files. This is an issue to the point I can change physical devices and use a different browser, and it won't update - it's almost like once it's viewed for the first time, that's all the view will ever be. Thanks!
jeffschneider Hello I don't fully understand these questions but I think for #1 you should check out this page about display templates in the manual: https://manual.collectiveaccess.org/providence/user/reporting/templates.html For #2 I never heard anything like that. If you update a theme's view page and properly upload it to the server, it should change until you update it again. I don't know if something is off with your server or your browser
Historicstuffs Bruce, you magnificent wizard - thank you! Deletion of /app/tmp was the fix and I am so happy to know this now!
