Hi all, I am fairly new to managing this environment for a local group and they have their own instance installed in their own AWS tenancy that is only hosting this one product. With the hosting costs and the support costs it is starting to be cost prohibitive and I am looking for some options for them.

Is there anyone that bulk hosts this product or looks after multiple clients and can give me some possible subscription prices? Happy for this org to deal direct and not looking to be a middleman. I am simply looking for an option for my client to make the most of their money.

Any information you can offer would be much appreciated.

We've run sites with 50+ installs on a single machine for years. How you host such a thing is dictated in large part by how much storage is required. Large storage allocations (and the bandwidth required to move data off of them for use and backup) can get prohibitively expensive quickly in many cloud environments.

The cheapest option for installations with large (> 1tb) storage requirements is usually a colocated server at a provider such as OVHCloud.com. Capable servers with a few tb of storage can be had for < US$200/month. Servers with very high storage allocation (_60tb) are around US$300 last time I looked. Someone would actually have to install everything and maintain it, but the base cost is as low as you're likely to find, reliability and support is good and costs are fixed - no variable bandwidth costs.

Thanks Seth. Ideally, it would be somebody that has experience with this product and could take over the management of the entire system end to end.

You should probably talk to the people who implemented the system for your client. We won't handle systems implemented by others, so I'm afraid we can't help you.
