How do I run caUtils? No documentation available ...

I remember that there was also a guide to caUtils in the old CollectiveAccess documentation. Unfortunately, you have taken the old documentation offline without the new one being complete yet. (Why??)

So how do I run caUtils scripts? Simply via SSH access?
