For a few days now, newly entered data records can't be found, e.g. when searching for keywords from the title. However, if you search with the asterisk *, these data records appear in the search results list.
The problem occurs in all Providence installations that are located on a shared server.
We've already executed "Clear search indexing queue lock file" via the GUI and then "Rebuild search indices". After that, the search found all data records. However, if new data records are then created, the problem occurs again.
It seems that the indexing of new entries is no longer triggered automatically. What can be done?
