Where can I fin cautils?

Greetings of the day,
Where can I download cautils? I tried to export data using cautils but I don't have it on my machine.

I think you can find it under the /support/bin/ directory. If your setup doesn't have it set up as a global cmd line command, you can just run php caUtils , I think. No argument prints out all the arguments for the command line utility.
