Conditions list does not respect the sort order

I have conditions values with sort order:
Excellent (100)
Fair (400)
Good (300)
Poor (500)
Very good (200)

However they still show up in alphabetical order
both in the list editor
and the drop down for the object field.

Select rank as the sort order on the list settings.
