Entity Details Page Shows Unwanted Objects From Nested Relationships

When I go to an Entity detail page in Pawtucket, such as /Detail/entities/1, I expect to see objects where that entity is the creator.

Instead, I'm seeing a massive list of objects where that entity is related to an object lot.

Is there a simple way to not show indirectly related objects?

After some digging, I think this is being controlled by the search_indexing.conf file. Probably this part...

I will rebuild the index without the objects > object_lots > object_lots_x_entities > entities. Fingers crossed.

What exactly did you change? I still don't master the indexing file
