Rebuild Indices Stops at 500 records

hi Team

We have 12k objects, we tried rebuilding indices but it keeps failing at 500.

There is no error shown

When trying rebuilding cache through terminal using caUtils, below error is shown

we have 12GB available on server.

Please help as search is not working and all work has stopped.

Hi,

It seems there is a problem with Redis. Is Redis enabled in your configuration, for file caching?

Yes redis is enabled and giving response on testing through CLI. I also restarted redis server.

Quick questions:

I have 11Gig space on server, is this due to the same? Do I need more space?Can i stop caching so atleast the functions workCan I change to file based caching? This is production instance.

Please help us as its urgent.

Please let us know when can you have a look at this. The indicing is failing and hampering work at our end. If there is a fee to pay, let me know we can arrange but we need help to get this solved immediately.

Okay so identified that php-redis was not working... we reinstalled php-redis libary and sync started. Thanks Darrigan.
