media upload - default to accessible to pubic

Providence: when uploading media to objects, I'd like default access to be "accessible to public" - HOW ??

You can change the default by editing the

list, and setting the "accessible to public" item to be the default.

The list can be seen using the "List & Vocabularies" option under the "Manage" menu.
