pawtucket2 collections issue

Hello, I recently installed the most recent Providence via git with the Dublin profile. I have done no customizations on the system with the exception of adding a couple of custom objects. After having created new Collections, the "Collections" page as displayed by the Pawtucket2 default theme displays: "No collections available" Browsing for the Collection and its objects present no issues. I tried rebuilding the indices to no avail (via the web interface and via the command-line tool). The problem is consistent across internal/external collections and all object. What do you think the matter is?

Please check your theme's collections.conf file and make sure landing_page_collection_type is set to the collection type you wish to display.

seth Thanks for replying! Fortunately I found this answer in another thread, but it raised a new question: Is there a way to display all types of collections? Or must it be one specific type? In the other thread I found, the user had set theirs to cihp and said it worked, but I am guessing they must be using a different XML installation profile than I am. I'm using DublinCore 2018 and I don't see any collection_types apart from internal and external and I would like to display them both.

Hi,
If you want to display ALL collections regardless of their type, you can customize the source code a bit as follows.

Make a copy of pawtucket/app/controllers/CollectionsController.php file (just to be able to return to the original version...)
Open the CollectionsController.php file and find the line (around line 98):
$qr_collections = ca_collections::find(array('type_id' => $vn_collection_type_id, 'preferred_labels' => ['is_preferred' => 1]), array('returnAs' => 'searchResult', 'checkAccess' => $this->opa_access_values, 'sort' => $vs_sort));
Replace by this line:
$qr_collections = ca_collections::find(array('preferred_labels' => ['is_preferred' => 1]), array('returnAs' => 'searchResult', 'checkAccess' => $this->opa_access_values, 'sort' => $vs_sort));
(I just removed the type_id criteria for this search function.)
Save it.
Reload the "Collections" page.
