We are using an old database. This particular problem was raised because CA migrations were not executed properly, the batch_id was not created. We could solve this issue by manually executing queries in the migration scripts, from migration 73 till the last. It would be great if you can find and suggest why CA did not execute the migrations properly, for future reference.Although this issue is solved we are still encountering the 'lock time out error'. I will provide more details in the existing thread where we discussed previously.
