(Resolved) Config to Use ImageMagick NOT Imagick?

I recently started having trouble uploading PDF files to my CA installation and noticed in my configuration that it now says it is using Imagick instead of ImageMagick. It used to use ImageMagick before and that worked fine.How can i force CA to use ImageMagick and not the apparent preferred Imagick?Screenshot of configuration is attached.

You should disable the imagick extension in your php installation, or remove the imagick plugin from app/lib/core/Plugins/Media

OK, i don't have access to my php installation on a shared hosted webserver; so i deleted the imagick.php file from app/lib/core/Plugins/Media directory in both providence and pawtucket as suggested above. That allowed the PDF upload to finish but no images were produced just an empty image square appeared but it registered the pdf file as being 11.2MB so the file did upload.The trouble i am having when Imagick is running is that the upload never seems to go through as web browser reports error message that the "connection reset while page was loading". This happens in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome web browser. The only indication of a problem from CA when i browse with Chrome is an "empty_response_error" and CA error message of: "Cannot save using empty request. Are you using a bookmark?"My webserver company keeps telling me to check with the CA developers as everything is working fine on their end. Any suggestions on what can be done to fix the problem?

PDF previews require TIFF support.

The connection reset is probably your web server crashing due to some kind of build or configuration problem with imagick. Check the apache log for segfaults.

Thanks Seth, you were right my server company has something wrong with their configuration of Imagick and despite them telling me everything is working and properly configured it never worked until i forced CollectiveAccess to use Imagemagick and disabled the Imagick extension. Unfortunately simply deleting the Imagick plugin from CA did not work and i had to do some code edits.For anybody else that may encounter this problem here's what i did that disabled the Imagick extension on my cheap hosted server:EDIT the file /yourCAfolder/app/lib/core/Plugins/Media/ImageMagick.phpLook for public function __construct()findif (caMediaPluginImagickInstalled()) {        return null;    // don't use if Imagick functions are unavailable    }ADD NOT SYMBOL to the if statement --> if (<font color="#3333ff"</font>caMediaPluginImagickInstalled())Then EDIT the file /yourCAfolder/app/lib/core/Plugins/Media/Imagick.phpLook for public function __construct()findif (<font color="#ff0000">/font>caMediaPluginImagickInstalled()) {        return null;    // don't use if Imagick functions are unavailable    }REMOVE NOT SYMBOL in the if statement --> if (caMediaPluginImagickInstalled())This totally disables CA from using the Imagick extension even if it is installed on your server and forces the use of ImageMagick instead.
