Metadata element with calculations?

Is it possible to create a metadata element that makes calculations on numeric values in various fields? E.g. a container consisting of two fields of values and a third which is the sum of the first two, where the third field is automatically calculated from the values in the first two fields.

Not at the moment. There's no reason it couldn't be added though.

Any update on this ? I'd like to be able to set a workflow delay (Three list items : 1 week - 1 month - 3 months) and from it calculate a searchable due date to retrieve the objects that should have been processed in the allowed time and weren't (based on an advanced search). I thought using expressions but as i understand, they're only working in the importer. I also thought about using the display customization but it wouldn't be searchable... Any suggestions ? Thanks ! I thought about it some more and think that the better way to do it is change the presets on the date picker (using the different delays) and directly store the date because i didn't manage to add days using expression.Thanks for your help !!
