I understand this is still valid and defined in /app/post-setup.conf, line 282-287:
if (!defined("__CA_LOCAL_CONFIG_DIRECTORY__")) {
define("__CA_LOCAL_CONFIG_DIRECTORY__", __CA_APP_DIR__."/conf/local");
}
if (!defined("__CA_DEFAULT_THEME_CONFIG_DIRECTORY__")) {
define("__CA_DEFAULT_THEME_CONFIG_DIRECTORY__", __CA_THEMES_DIR__."/".__CA_THEME__."/conf");
}
If I understand this well:
/app/conf/local in Pawtucket will work the same as in Providence: conf files in /app/conf/local/ will override the settings of those in /app/conf/.
however, do /themes/theme/conf/ files also override those at /app/conf/ and /app/conf/local/? I mean, the conf files in /themes/theme/conf/ are equivalent to those in /app/conf/ and /app/conf/local/?
is there a defined value such as CA_LOCAL_THEME_CONFIG_DIRECTORY to specify /themes/theme/conf/local/ as the local conf directory within the theme?
I'm a bit confused about this and I would like tol a mke sure I have the right setup in order to avoid new releases overriding local adjustments. I've found another entry on this topic dated 2015, but didn't quite clarify this to me.
Thank you.
